Wind the sheeted material (silverware, gold) around the cored bar.Braze the joints together.
Process it so that it becomes close to a circle by brazing it in line with the cored bar.
Leave a subtle deformation on the inside.
Finish by polishing the tube surface with a file and sandpaper.
